QtWeb provides users with an option to surf privately but not anonymously. The browsers open-source and based on Nokia's QT framework. The browser is portable and makes it easy for users to search and browse without tracing their Internet history. Some users prefer this to the privacy features on other mainstream browsers like Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. The ability to customize the browser also makes it a flexible choice for those that want the freedom to choose their own tool-bars and options.

For those that value their privacy, a simple click of a button turns on private browsing from the main tool-bar. This prevents the recording of browsing history. It also disables cookies which otherwise allow companies to track your Internet activity. The browser does not save Google search history either. Another great feature is the reset option, Which allows you to move all your history and settings and restore the browser to it's default, original state. While many other browsers claim this functionality, QtWeb focuses on ease-of-use and leaves the option available in plain view for fast changes.

As for flexibility, the browser allows you to move tool-bars in and out of the browsers windows. You can keep tool-bars at the edge of the browser, outside browser window, or place them on your desktop. The benefit to this is a clean, uncluttered browser that still provides a great degree of functionality at your fingertips. Even with all the enhancements, the browser still runs fast in comparison to any of the major open-source or commercial browsers. This browser can be used alongside other browsers or as a complete replacement. It runs video an audio as well as any other platform and supports all the major add-ons you would expect from a modern browser.

If you want a browser that keeps you secure online, prevents other users from accessing your browser history, and gives you all the tools you need to have an enjoyable and fast online experience, the QtWeb browser can suit your needs. One of the major features is the ability to drag tool-bars and place them wherever you want on your desktop or within the browser window itself. The browser is also quite portable. You can install it on USB drive to take the browser with you anywhere.
